1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Grounded Wealth client portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Portal Use and Access

The Portal is provided exclusively for clients of Grounded Wealth for the purpose of:

  • Viewing account information and financial data
  • Accessing financial planning tools and resources
  • Communicating with your advisor
  • Managing documents and financial records

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete financial information
  • Notify us promptly of any material changes to your financial situation
  • Review all statements and reports provided
  • Ask questions when you don't understand our recommendations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Use the Portal only for lawful purposes
  • Not share your account access with others

4. Investment Advisory Relationship

Grounded Wealth LLC is a state-registered investment adviser. Our advisory relationship with you is governed by our written advisory agreement, which outlines the scope of services, fees, and responsibilities.

We acknowledge our fiduciary duty to act in your best interests and will provide investment advice that is suitable for your individual circumstances, financial situation, and investment objectives.

Information in the Portal is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, recommendations, or offers to buy or sell securities outside of our established advisory relationship.

5. Data Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information in the Portal is current, complete, or error-free. Market data may be delayed, and account information may not reflect real-time balances.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for losses resulting from market conditions, acts of third parties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Grounded Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or investment losses not related to our advisory services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
